Helm is a light manager's tool that works alongside whatever you already use — a unified inbox, voicemail-to-email, an optional AI receptionist, and simple booking. It's built to run your day, not to rip out and replace your stack.
If and when Helm offers a paid plan, you can cancel anytime — no auto-renew surprises, no cancellation fees, and no calling anyone to get it done. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then simply stops. We'll never quietly upgrade you into a more expensive plan.
If something's wrong or Helm isn't doing what we said it would, email us and we'll make it right — a fix or a fair refund. We'd rather you be happy than hold onto a payment you're unhappy about. Refund requests are handled case by case; we don't list a fixed amount here because pricing may change and we don't want to promise a number we can't stand behind.
Your data is yours. We store what Helm needs to work — your account, your inbox items, bookings, and settings — and we don't sell it. Messages sent through Helm (email, voicemail transcripts) pass through the providers that power those features so they can be delivered. We use industry-standard security, but no online service is perfectly secure, so please don't store anything you couldn't bear to lose.
